Please be aware that failing to submit the 20% deposit means your booking remains unsecured. In such cases, if another client requests the same date, your booking will be forfeited.

Purpose of Free Consultation
* At Purify Skincare Clinic (PSC), our complimentary consultation serves to aid clients in understanding their unique skincare needs and goals. This service, provided at no charge, offers tailored expert advice to address individual skincare concerns. The consultation remains complimentary only if the client attends the scheduled session.
Free Consultation Appointment Policy
* We strongly encourage clients to attend their scheduled free consultation to fully benefit from our expert advice and services. Managing appointments responsibly is essential, acknowledging the value of the free consultation.
Free Consultation Rescheduling or Cancellation Policy
In cases of rescheduling or cancellation, clients must provide at least 6 hours‘ notice.
This allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and offer the vacant slot to other clients.
Free Consultation No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled free consultation will incur a fee of $70 charged to their account and the fee will be carried over to the client’s next appointment. This fee compensates for the time reserved by our skincare professionals and ensures the availability of our complimentary consultations for all clients.
Free Consultation Agreement
By booking a free consultation at Purify Skincare Clinic, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, including the acceptance incurring a $70.00 fee for missed appointments. Payment Terms and Conditions
To secure your treatment booking, a 20% deposit is necessary. The remaining balance should be settled on your appointment day. Unpaid balances will accumulate a 5% daily interest charge.
Rescheduling
Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any additional fees or charges.
Cancellation
Appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 48-hour notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a $70.00 cancellation fee. Please note that promotions, packages, and prepaid packs are non-refundable, so choose wisely.
No Show Policy
Client’s who fail to attend a scheduled appointment will either lose their paid deposit or incur a fee of $70 charged to their account. If the deposit was unpaid, the fee will be carried over to the client’s next appointment. This fee compensates for the time reserved by our skincare professionals and ensures the availability of our complimentary consultations for all clients.
